Mike began his electrical career in 1978, working as an electrician on projects in the carbon and powered metal industries. Over the years, he gained experience in many areas of the electrical industry including low and medium voltage power distribution, industrial and commercial lighting, airfield lighting and guidance systems and industrial controls to name a few. During this time, Mike worked his way up from an apprentice to journeyman electrician, eventually supervising crews on larger projects.

Drawing on the experience gained in over 20 years in the electrical construction industry, and with the support of his wife Robin, Mike started Summit Consulting Services in 2003, and remains active in the day to day operations of the company. Summit Consulting Services was renamed Summit Electrical Solutions in the fall of 2020 to better reflect the services offered.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, remains active in Boy Scouts, and can usually be found either on a mountain bike or in a stream casting flies.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience to Summit Electrical Solutions specializing in process automation, power systems, water/wastewater systems as well as fire and gas detection systems. Analyzing customer needs and finding customized solutions is a strength that led him to relocate to West Central PA to join Summit Consulting Services LLC as a co-owner in 2013.

Mark utilizes these skills to design and upgrade control systems, offer project management, manage control panel fabrication, system startups, municipal and utility industrial consultation.  In addition to day-to-day operational functions, Mark also ensures all staff receive the most up to date safety training and equipment to ensure compliance to meet OSHA and customer requirements.

Mark and his wife Debbie share four children.  Outside of work, Mark and Debbie enjoy home projects and taking business classes for their professional and personal growth.  Mark also enjoys long range shooting/reloading and drone operation.
